Refund policy
Our Promise
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. If what you ordered doesn't work for you, we'll take it back: return shipping is free. We come from a small island and we care that every customer is happy.
This promise goes beyond the legal minimum of 14 days under Articles 52 and 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo; Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 209/2025).
How to start a return
- Email us at info@botteghino.eu within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the products you want to return.
- Within 24 business hours we'll email you the prepaid shipping label and instructions for the package.
- Pack the product, attach the label, and drop it off at the post office or with the courier indicated. No cost to you.
- We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing from the contract, to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned:
- in the same condition in which it was delivered to you;
- with all original tags still attached;
- in the original packaging, where possible;
- without signs of wear beyond normal trying on of the garment.
If the product is damaged through improper use or does not meet these conditions, under Article 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount proportional to the loss in value of the item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
- underwear and swimwear once the sealed packaging has been removed, for hygiene reasons;
- personalized or made-to-measure products.
Refund timing and method
The refund includes:
- the full price of the returned product;
- any standard shipping costs paid for the initial delivery, if the entire order is returned.
Timing: we refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back. How soon the credit actually shows up depends on your bank or payment network.
The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the customer.
Legal guarantee of conformity
In addition to the right of withdrawal, every product sold is covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. If within 24 months of delivery a product turns out to be defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
