Legal basis: Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Art. 52 and Art. 54-bis (Legislative Decree 209/2025).

Fill out the form, or write to us at info@botteghino.eu with your order number and the products you want to return.
Within 24 business hours, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for your package.
Pack the product, attach the label and drop it off at the post office or with the carrier indicated. No cost to you.
Once we receive the package and check that the product is intact, we'll refund you within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

underwear and swimwear once the sealed packaging has been removed, for hygiene reasons;
personalized or made-to-measure products;
products damaged or used beyond normally trying them on in store.
