Technical features, colors and images of the products are for illustration only and may differ from the physical product because of the color rendering of the Customer's monitor or supplier updates.

The Owner reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the content and services of the Site at any time, without notice.

All content of the Site (structure, layout, graphics, original texts, original photographs, the "Il Botteghino" logo) is protected by Italian and international copyright law (Law 633/1941 as amended) and industrial property law (Legislative Decree 30/2005).

modification or creation of derivative works;
commercial or non-commercial use beyond the normal use of the Site.

The trademarks, trade names, logos and brand names shown on the Site (by way of example and not limitation: K-Way^®, Emme Marella^®, My Best Bag^®, and other brands of the products for sale) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products sold. Unless otherwise stated, the Site Owner acts as an authorized reseller or business partner of these brands.

The use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement other than as expressly declared.

The Site may contain links to websites or services run by third parties (for example social platforms, payment providers, brand partners). The Owner has no control over these external sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or commercial practices.
