We ship from Lipari within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery then takes 3-5 business days in mainland Italy, 4-7 in Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands, and 5-10 in the European Union.

The package travels by ferry to Milazzo: weather and strikes can add time, and in that case we let you know by email. The tracking number arrives as soon as the carrier picks up the package.

In Italy shipping is free for orders from €50; below that it costs €9.00. For other countries the cost depends on the destination and you see it at checkout, before you confirm.

The total including VAT and shipping is always shown before you pay.

Yes, to all 27 countries of the European Union. For other destinations write to us at info@botteghino.eu before ordering: we evaluate case by case.

As soon as the carrier picks up the package, you get an email with the tracking number and the link to follow the shipment. You can also check the status in the “My orders” area of your account.

Check the packaging in front of the courier and, if it is damaged or tampered with, accept with reservation and note it on the receipt. Please report transport damage to us as soon as possible at info@botteghino.eu, with photos of the package and its contents: you don't lose your rights either way.

Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Lipari, at Via Vittorio Emanuele 33/35, during opening hours.

You have 30 days from delivery. Return shipping is free: write to us at info@botteghino.eu with your order number and we send you the label within 24 business hours. We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing, to the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back.

The item must have its original tags. Swimwear is only returned with the packaging sealed.

Use the Exercise withdrawal page: you fill in the form with your order number and the products you want to return. Alternatively you can write to info@botteghino.eu.

We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing, to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may wait to refund until we receive the item or proof that you sent it back. When the credit shows up depends on your bank or the payment network.

Underwear and swimwear can't be returned once the sealed packaging has been removed (for hygiene reasons), nor can personalized or made-to-measure products.

Every product is covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. If within 2 years of delivery it turns out to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Write to us at info@botteghino.eu.

Every brand fits differently. Tell us your usual size and build, by phone or email: we'll advise you in person. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.
